What you are ordering

KASENYO products are made-to-order decorative privacy window films with a printed stained-glass effect. They are not real stained glass, safety film, blackout film, or adhesive vinyl.

Where this film works

Use on clean, smooth, flat glass. It is not designed for textured, frosted, curved, damaged, or porous surfaces. Privacy and color vary with lighting, viewing distance, screen settings, and the glass behind the film. At night, silhouettes may remain visible if the room is brighter than outside.

Choose the right size

  1. Measure only the visible glass area, not the frame.
  2. Measure width × height twice before ordering.
  3. Choose a standard size only when your glass has the same orientation and proportions shown on the product page.

Standard sizes are the only purchase options on the product page. If you need a custom size, contact us before ordering with the visible glass width and height, preferred unit, product link, and any installation constraints. We will confirm feasibility and price first.

Installation

  1. Clean the glass thoroughly.
  2. Spray plenty of water on the glass.
  3. Remove the backing and apply the smooth side to the glass.
  4. Squeegee water and air from the center outward.
  5. Allow 24–48 hours for remaining moisture to clear.

Production, shipping, and tracking

Made-to-order production normally takes 3–5 business days. Estimated transit is 7–15 business days after dispatch. Customs, remote destinations, peak seasons, weather, and carrier disruptions can add time. Where tracking is available, it is sent to the checkout email after dispatch.

Returns and problem orders

Please check the selected design and size before you buy. Non-quality returns are not accepted for measurement errors, change of mind, or an incorrect option selected by the customer. If we make the wrong size, the film has a material or printing defect, or the package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. Do not return an item until we provide written authorization and instructions.
