Shipping policy

Production

KASENYO window films are made to order. Typical production is 3–5 business days after payment and receipt of all required size, design, and customization information. Missing information or requested design approval may delay production.

Estimated transit

Estimated shipping time is 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Peak seasons, customs clearance, remote destinations, weather, carrier disruption, and other events outside our control may extend delivery time.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the checkout email. Tracking may take several business days to update after dispatch.

Addresses

Customers must provide a complete and accurate address. Contact us immediately for corrections. Once shipped, rerouting may be unavailable and additional carrier costs may apply.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Import duties, taxes, brokerage, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Customs delays are outside KASENYO’s control.

Damage and delivery issues

Report visible damage or a product issue within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging, shipping label, full product, and affected area. For a package marked delivered but not received, first check the delivery location and contact the carrier, then contact us.
