These Terms govern your use of kasenyo.com and purchases from KASENYO. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the linked Privacy, Refund, and Shipping Policies.

Store use
You must be legally able to enter a contract in your location. You may not misuse the store, interfere with security, submit unlawful content, violate intellectual-property rights, or use our services unlawfully.

Products and custom orders
Our window films are printed decorative films, not real stained glass, certified safety film, or blackout film. Colors and privacy vary with lighting, screen settings, glass tint, and installation. Custom products are made to the dimensions and options submitted by the customer. Customers are responsible for measuring the visible glass area and reviewing selections before ordering.

Prices, payment, and orders
Prices may change without notice. Taxes, duties, and import charges are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order because of payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable materials, pricing error, or inability to manufacture the requested specification. Any amount charged for a canceled order will be refunded.

Production and delivery
Typical production is 3–5 business days. Estimated transit is 7–15 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Peak periods, customs, remote destinations, weather, carrier disruption, and incomplete addresses may cause delays.

Returns and remedies
Custom-size products cannot be returned for change of mind, customer measurement error, or an incorrectly selected option. If KASENYO produces the wrong size, the product has a material or printing defect, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging, product, damage, and measurements. We may repair, replace, or refund the affected item. Unauthorized returns are not guaranteed a refund.

Artwork and intellectual property
Store content belongs to KASENYO or its licensors. By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to reproduce it and allow KASENYO to use it solely to fulfill your order.

Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, KASENYO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of China, without limiting mandatory consumer rights in the customer’s location.
