Because each order is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started — unless there is a quality issue.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dayunshopify@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos of the problem.
After verifying the issue, we will offer a replacement or remake at no extra cost to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Please note:
• Custom-sized or personalized items are non-returnable unless they are faulty or damaged.
• Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
• Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
