Custom-made products

Each custom-size window film is produced for the dimensions and options submitted with the order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, customer measurement error, the wrong design or option selected by the customer, or normal color differences caused by screens, lighting, or glass tint.

Quality, size, and shipping issues

If KASENYO produces a size different from the confirmed order, the product has a material or printing defect, or the package arrives damaged, contact support@kasenyo.com within 7 days after delivery.

Provide the order number and clear photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label, full product, affected area, and product measurements. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.

Resolution

After reviewing the evidence, KASENYO may offer troubleshooting, replacement of the affected item, or a full or partial refund. We may request additional photographs or measurements.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation is not guaranteed after production begins because the item is made specifically for the order.

Authorized returns

Do not return a product unless KASENYO provides written authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns are not guaranteed a refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Mandatory rights

This policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
